Qu’est-ce qui fait qu’un livre mérite qu’on en parle ? Si c’est le sérieux et la rigueur conceptuel alors Tirs croisés. La laïcité à l’épreuve des intégrismes juif, chrétien et musulman, co-écrit par Caroline Fourest et Fiammetta Venner[1], les fondatrices de la revue Prochoix, ne justifie pas qu’on s’y arrête. Si c’est l’originalité de la thèse, l’étrangeté du propos, la pertinence de l’argumentation, ou tout bonnement sa capacité à stimuler la réflexion, dans ce cas on fait bien de se taire. Si un livre suscite les commentaires par la richesse des informations fournies, l’authenticité du témoignage, la puissance éthique ou même le talent littéraire, alors Tirs croisés impose le silence.
