محكمة الناحية بقرطاج: بوليس يعذب وقضاء يحاكم محاميَيْ الضحية
يمثل كلّ من الأستاذَين أيوب الغدامسي وحياة الجزار يوم 12 أكتوبر أمام قاضي التحقيق بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس العاصمة، إثر شكاية تقدمت بها قاضية بمحكمة الناحية بقرطاج ضدّهما في أفريل 2020، بتهمة هضم جانب موظف عمومي من الصنف العدلي طبقا لأحكام الفصلَين 125 و126 من المجلة الجزائية، وهي شكاية تقدّمت بها القاضية على خلفيّة مرافعة قام بها المحاميان في قضيّة تعذيب واختطاف بوليسي لمواطنين.
