في الاسبوع الثاني من شهر نوفمبر 2023، أعلنت الحكومة الايطالية عن اتفاق غامض يقضي بتوجيه المهاجرين المستجدين قسرا إلى دولة ألبانيا. مع تواصل سياسة ترحيل غير النظاميين إلى تونس في إطار ما يُسمى بإعادة القبول، طرحت نواة هذه الإشكاليات على رمضان بن عمر المتحدث باسم منتدى الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لمعرفة تداعيات هذه السياسات على المهاجرين وعلى وضعية المهاجرين التونسيين بإيطاليا.
