”فرار“، مصطلح مُبتكر انتشر بسرعة وبكثافة في مواقع الميديا الجديدة، حاملاً معه شحنة دلالية متعددة التوظيف دون تعريف واضح لأصل الكلمة وكيفية ابتكارها. ويكشف التحليل أن مصلطح ”فرار“ ليس كلمة يمكن المرور عليها بشكل عادي وفق منطق السخرية اليومي الذي نراه على موقع فيسبوك، بل يعدّ تكثيفا لغويا لصورة ذهنية لدى قطاع واسع من الناس حول نمط من الأشخاص يُعتبرون اليوم محل ازدراء، وهذا يُعد مشكلا في حد ذاته.

انتهت يوم الخميس 10 أوت 2017 عملية التسجيل للانتخابات البلدية وفق الروزنامة التي أعلنت عنها الهيئة العليا المستقلّة للانتخابات دون الإعلان عن تمديد لآجال التسجيل. كانت الحصيلة 535.784 تسجيل جديد و92.201 تحيين ضمن سجلّ انتخابي خاصّ بالبلديات يشمل 5 ملايين و 373.845 ناخب حسب احصائيات أعلنت عنها الهيئة العليا المستقلّة للانتخابات يوم 11 أوت 2017.

مع تواتر المعلومات عن اقتراب سفينة “سي ستار” من سواحل جرجيس قادمة من ليبيا، نظّم صيّادو المنطقة بالتنسيق مع عدد من نشطاء المجتمع المدني وقفة احتجاجيّة في ميناء المدينة يوم الأحد 06 أوت الجاري، لمنع طاقمها من الرسوّ. المشاركون في الوقفة الاحتجاجيّة رفعوا شعارات تندّد بالممارسات العنصريّة لطاقم السفينة التي استأجرها ناشطون يمينيون متطرفون أوروبيون، يعملون على مكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية إلى أوروبا.

The last report of the International Crisis Group (ICG) about Tunisia diagnosed corruption and clientelism as the main problems plaguing Tunisia’s “national unity” government. Titled “Blocked Transition: Corruption and Regionalism in Tunisia”, it called for a more inclusive formal economy for business newcomers and entrepreneurs. It also drew attention to the fringe group of business leaders operating in the informal sector, and cited this group’s involvement in backing the protests occurring in the south of the country. That idea inspired a backlash of criticism concerning ICG’s framing of the conflict as an intra-elite struggle. Nawaat had a meeting with Michael Béchir Ayari, senior analyst for ICG Tunisia. For over a month, the water supply in several delegations of Tunisia’s Mine Basin has been disrupted by intermittent cuts. The situation has suscitated protests in the towns of Borj El Akarema and Segui in Mdhila, where life has become insufferable for residents. While some accuse SONEDE for not assuming its responsibilities in the maintenance and management of water pipes, ostensibly weathered and rusty, others point a finger at the phosphate industry which exhausts water reserves and pollutes the rest. Nawaat left for Mdhila to meet with residents and farmers to learn more about the water issue.
Les articles de ce type sont copieusement relayés sur les réseaux sociaux par nos concitoyens qui y trouvent apparemment des motifs de fierté. On ne s’interroge que rarement sur la nature de l’« exploit » réalisé par l’un de nos compatriotes expatriés ou nés à l’étranger. On ne se pose pas de questions sur ce que signifient ces « succès », leur pourquoi et leur comment. On ne questionne pas plus leur sens moral et politique ni les choix et les ambitions que porte notre héros du jour.
يشهد توزيع المياه منذ أكثر من شهر انقطاعات مفاجئة في مدن الحوض المنجمي. هذه الاضطرابات تفاقمت خاصة في المظيلة، بمنطقتي برج العكارمة والساقي. ما يثير احتجاج الأهالي أن حياتهم تحولت إلى محنة حقيقية، بعضهم يتهم الشركة التونسية لاستغلال وتوزيع المياه بعدم تحمل مسؤولياتها في الصيانة وتحسين التصرف في قنوات المياه، التي يتضح أنها تهالكت بمرور الزمن وأكلها الصدأ. بعضهم الآخر يؤكد أن استخراج الفسفاط يستنفذ مخزون المياه ويلوّث ما تبقى منه. أجرى موقع نواة لقاءات مع الأهالي والفلاحين للوقوف أكثر على أسباب النقص المستمر في المياه.
عدم التكيف مع حركة المجتمع الجديدة والتواءاتها، ترتبت عنه سياسات آنية عرجاء، محكومة بخلفية الخوف وإرادة الترويض. وقد آلت الأمور إلى اجترار خطابات المؤامرة والشيطنة والكذب. وتنجم “الفوبيا” الرسمية في معالجة الأزمات الاجتماعية من تَمَثّل قديم لعلاقة الدولة بالمجتمع، قائمة بالأساس على الإخضاع والهيمنة والعقاب. ضمن هذه العلاقة تتخذ الدولة صورة الأب الراعي والقاسي في آن، أما الجماهير فهي ذلك الطفل الذي لا يملك شرائط الوعي بمصيره.

احتضنت مدينة قبلي فجر السبت الفارط فصلا جديدا من الصراع الأهلي بين القرى المتجاورة، انتهى بسقوط حوالي 78 جريحا، أحدهم في حالة خطيرة. دارت أحداث العنف –التي استُخدمت فيها بنادق الصيد- على تخوم قريتي بشني (الفوار) وجرسين (قبلي الجنوبية)، التي تفصل بينهما مسافة لاتتجاوز الخمس كيلومترات، وتضم الأولى حوالي 3 آلاف ساكن، بينما يقدر عدد سكان الثانية بحوالي 5 آلاف ساكن. ولئن اعتُبر هذا الصراع الأول من نوعه بين القريتين، فإنه يندرج ضمن سياق محلي تميز بتواتر النزاعات العروشية، التي تدفع إليها في معظم الأحيان خلافات أهلية حول ما يعرف بـ”الأراضي الاشتراكية” التي تعود ملكيتها إلى العروش.
Depuis plus d’un mois, la distribution de l’eau a connu plusieurs coupures intempestives dans certaines délégations du Bassin Minier. Ces perturbations se sont accentuées surtout à Mdhila, aux communes de Borj El Akarema et El Segui. De quoi susciter la contestation des habitants dont la vie est devenue un véritable calvaire. Si certains accusent la SONEDE de ne pas prendre ses responsabilités de maintenance et d’optimisation de la gestion des canaux d’eau, manifestement usés par le temps et gangrenés par la rouille, d’autres affirment que l’industrie du phosphate épuise les réserves d’eau et pollue ce qui en reste.
