La “Tunisie n’est pas finie” … “Give me Five Tunisia” !

C’était deux jours après l’attentat du Bardo sur l’avenue Habib Bourguiba.
Non, “la Tunisie n’est pas finie”. Elle commence à peine et réussira certainement à prendre le sens de l’Histoire. Personne n’envisageait que ça allait être facile.
N’en déplaise aux barbares la Tunisie démocratique survivra aux attentats des ignobles.
L’attentat du Bardo, ne sera pas le dernier. Il y en aura certainement d’autres. Nous les affronterons avec la même détermination, le courage et la foi qui siéent aux peuples qui façonnent leurs avenirs !

March 20, 2015: Independence Day in the Capital After the Bardo Attack

After two strange and stunned-to-silence days in the capital, Friday morning on Avenue Habib Bourguiba bore much the same eager, pent-up energy as the first sunny day following weeks of grey and rain. It was only Wednesday that twenty tourists and three Tunisians (one policeman and the two assassins) were killed and forty-seven wounded at the Bardo Museum, while close by the Parliamentary Rights and Liberties Commission discussed the new antiterrorism law.

قصة قصيرة حقيقية – “كانت تطهو لنا اللحم الحلال”

لم يصدق “غابرييل “ان زوجته “هيلدا” التي اختفت في احداث المتحف بباردو في منتصف ذلك اليوم قد غادرت هكذا بسرعة ولم يصدق انه استطاع ان ينجو بنفسه من الارهابيين رغم الرصاصات التي استقرت في رجله ومرت على حافة احد الشرايين. وهو الان لا يعرف ان كان من حظه انه نجا اوكان من سعادته الموت الى جوار زوجته.

احتفال التونسيين بذكرى الاستقلال: تفاؤلٌ مُتعَب

كيف سيحيي التونسيون “عيد استقلالهم” بعد “مجزرة باردو”؟ كان هذا السؤال الذي خامر ذهني وأنا أدلف إلى شارع بورقيبة عشيّة أمس. هل سينزلون بكثافة؟ هل سيكون لذكرى هذه السنة طابعًا خاصًا عندهم؟ هل ما زالوا يؤمنون بأهمّية إحياء الأعياد الوطنيّة؟ هل مازالوا يشعرون بـ”الحبّ – لوطنهم – في زمن داعش”؟ وهل مازالوا يشعرون أصلاً بوجود “استقلال”؟

Les déclarations de Bernard Cazeneuve, ministre de l’Intérieur Français après la tragédie du Bardo

Bernard Cazeneuve, le ministre de l’Intérieur français s’est exprimé devant la presse cet après-midi à la résidence de l’ambassadeur de France en Tunisie. 48h après le drame du Bardo, il a rencontré en début d’après-midi le président de la République, Beji Caid Essebsi, puis le Premier ministre Habib Essid, avant d’aller déposer une gerbe de fleurs devant le musée du Bardo en compagnie du ministre de l’Intérieur Najim Gharssali.

حوصلة لأحداث الأربعاء الدامي في تونس

يوم الأربعاء الموافق ل18 مارس 2014 سيظلّ محفورا في ذاكرة التونسيّين وهو الذّي شهد أعنف هجوم إرهابي تعرفه البلاد منذ سنين و الأول من نوعه الذي يطال العاصمة تونس. الحصيلة النهائيّة حسب بلاغ وزارة الصحّة العموميّة كانت سقوط 23 شخصا وجرح 47 آخرين من السيّاح وعمّال المتحف الوطني في باردو.

Attaque de Bardo : un laxisme sécuritaire dont personne ne parle

Un mercredi noir a bouleversé la Tunisie. 23 morts et 47 blessés ont été annoncés par le Ministre de la Santé lors d’une conférence de presse. L’assaut mené par les forces de l’ordre a fini par neutraliser deux assaillants identifiés comme Yassine Abidi et Hatem Khachanoui. L’opération a été revendiquée, jeudi 19 Mars, par l’État Islamique via un communiqué audio diffusé sur Internet. Rappelons que mercredi soir, l’agence de presse djihadiste « Ifrikia Lil I3laam » a publié un communiqué en donnant des détails sur l’assaut et ses préparatifs.

L’hécatombe du mercredi sanglant du Bardo !

Le mercredi 18 mars a été la journée la plus sanglante de l’histoire de la Tunisie, depuis l’attentat de la Gheriba (Djerba) de 2002. Jusqu’à l’heure actuelle, les sources divergent sur le nombre de terroristes, de victimes et de blessés. Les sources officielles font état de deux terroristes tués et un autre arrêté. Neuf autres personnes, présumées impliquées dans ces événements ont été arrêtés ce matin. Du coté des victimes, Said Aïdi ministre de la Santé avance aujourd’hui, 24 heures après le drame, le chiffre de 23 morts et de 47 blessés.

Tunisia for Sale: The Push to Incentivize Foreign Investment through Regulatory Reforms, Trade Agreements

Since the departure of Ben Ali which symbolized the end of a decades-long case of “state capture,” the push to flesh out US-Tunisia trade relations has manifested in State-driven initiatives to stimulate foreign investment and in calls to adopt a Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Among the forces pushing for the facilitation of foreign investment, the American Chamber of Commerce in Tunisia is lobbying for national regulatory reforms—specifically the Investment Code and laws governing intellectual rights—as well as a new bilateral trade agreement.

Le 27 février dernier, le Programme d’Appui à la Société Civile (PASC) a tenu une conférence d’information sur les préceptes de la démocratie participative. Cette conférence a été l’occasion de réunir autour de cette problématique acteurs publics, société civile et journalistes afin de mieux cerner les tenants et aboutissants de cet « idéal à atteindre » pour certains, d’un non sens absolu pour d’autres.

بعد أن تمّت دسترة مبدأ اللامركزيّة في دستور 2014، أصبح من الضروريّ الانتقال إلى مرحلة التخطيط التفصيليّ لكيفيّة ممارسة اللامركزيّة ووضع برامج وخطط واضحة ودقيقة لكيفيّة التسيير الذاتيّ لمختلف الجهات، خصوصا أنّ الفصول التي تناولت هذه المسألة في الدستور كانت عامّة ومفتوحة على الاجتهادات. من هذا المنطلق، ستتناول نواة في هذا المقال الذّي يمثّل الجزء الثاني لملّف اللامركزيّة في تونس، الاقتراحات التي طُرحت على الدولة التونسيّة خصوصا من قبل المعهد التونسي للدراسات الإستراتيجية والبنك الدولي لاحقا لفهم أبعاد وتفاصيل المشروعين.

البرلمان يصادق على القرض الأوروبي ونوّاب يتهّمون الحكومة بـ”التعتيم”

صادق مجلس نوّاب الشعب مساء اليوم بأغلبية 133 صوت (32 ضدّ و9 احتفظوا) على القانون المتعلّق بالقرض من الاتحاد الأوروبي، وقيمته 300 مليون يورو، في ظلّ احتجاج عدد من النوّاب على عدم إفصاح الحكومة عن شروط الاتفاق.
